Once you know the URL of an RSS feed, you can provide that address to an RSS aggregator program and have the aggregator monitor the feed for you.
To subscribe to this or any feed, simply click the RSS button. Depending on your reader you may need to copy the shortcut (full path to the .xml file) and paste it into your reader. Your aggregator will monitor all your feed(s) (.xml files) simultaneously and notify you whenever there's an update to any of your RSS feeds.
Below is our first RSS feed and will be used for site wide updates. Next we will add feeds for Canada & USA listings, as we grow we will add feeds by province/state and eventually narrowed down to city/town. What problem does RSS solve?
Email notification of changes was an early solution to this problem. Unfortunately, when you receive email notifications from multiple websites they are usually disorganized and can get overwhelming, and are often mistaken for spam.
